Need care but can’t make it to the clinic? A virtual visit lets you meet with one of our providers from your phone, tablet, or computer. It’s a secure video appointment—just like an in-person visit, but from the comfort of your home, office, or while traveling in Florida.

When a Virtual Visit is a Good Fit:

Uncomplicated respiratory symptoms such as mild cough, congestion, sore throat, or seasonal allergies
Simple urinary tract infection (UTI) symptoms in otherwise healthy adults
Eye issues like pink eye (conjunctivitis) without severe pain or vision changes
Dental discomfort or possible infection when you need an antibiotic before seeing a dentist
Minor skin concerns such as rashes, mild eczema flare, or small superficial burns
Certain behavioral-health needs such as mild anxiety, stress, or follow-up for stable depression
Medication refills for stable, previously diagnosed conditions (when appropriate)
Evaluation after possible or confirmed STI exposure to arrange testing or treatment
